All original content, designs, and developed materials created by Zotech Designs remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of payment, ownership rights transfer to the client unless stated otherwise.
Payments terms are outlined in project agreements or invoices. A deposit may be required before project initiation. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
We endeavor to meet agreed deadlines; however, timelines may adjust due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Projects canceled after initiation may incur cancellation fees based on the work completed.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information exchanged during project execution, which shall not be disclosed without prior written consent.
Zotech Designs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Zotech Designs may employ third-party services. We are not responsible for any third-party content or functionality. Clients must adhere to respective third-party terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated on our website. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.
