Xashy Tech University (XTU) is owned by Xashy Inc., an American-based software consulting company. Their mission is to expand access to education in the tech industry. This LMS was built to streamline administrative processes, provide robust learning tools, and support XTU’s goal of empowering students around the globe.
Xashy Tech University partnered with Zotech Designs to improve how they manage online learning and school activities. Their old system had issues with delays and confusion, so they needed a better, faster, and easier way to help both students and staff.
Zotech Designs created a modern learning platform where students can register for courses, take exams, and view grades all in one place. Teachers and administrators can now manage lessons, track student progress, and handle payments more smoothly. The system is secure, user-friendly, and built to grow with the university’s needs.
Understanding the Needs
We worked closely with Xashy Tech University’s staff to understand their challenges with course registration, grading, and online learning. This helped us shape a system that fits their exact needs.
Planning the System
We chose the right tools to build a strong and secure system. The frontend used React.js, the backend was built with Flask (Python), and data was stored in PostgreSQL, all hosted on AWS for safety and speed.
Designing the Experience
Our UI/UX team used Figma to design clean and simple screens for students, teachers, and admins. We made improvements based on feedback from the university at every step.
